It's another snowy day in Idaho and time to post some pictures and news. The shop is coming along--it is a continual work in progress. For Christmas, my dear sweet husband (that's a DSH for the acronym-minded) insulated and sheet rocked the two heat-sucking garage doors that are in the main area of the shop. My friend, Rhonda, got some big, big diamond stud earings from her DSH, but I'm telling' you, my gift was much more appreciated!

This week the new walls are getting painted and we'll have more room for slatwall...more patterns, more books!

I promised a few pictures of the shop, so here's a view of the main shop area, just as you've walked past the check-out counter.

So many of our customers call and talk to Mary, and I know it's always nice to "know" who you're talking to, so I snapped her pic behind the counter.

See the quilts on the wall behind her? The one on the left is from a pattern (available in our store--you'll have to call to get one for yourself) designed by one of our own. The one on the right is a new kit from the Serenity line by Heather Mulder Peterson. You can order this kit on line!

Stay warm and dry...under a quilt!
